day 6. i understand i am too lazy in this last period, i remand the things i have to do. my brain says tomorrow i'll go to gym, tomorrow i'll call my friend, tomorrow, tomorrow and tomorrow...procastination takes to pmo, i know very well. today i broke it, i went to gym, i contacted my friend so subscribe at a salsa course, i took care of myself. moving takes me more energy and it is useful to improve my life

Darn, those urges can be down right brutal!!! I just surrender, not to the urges but to a higher power were I'm like God, "take this away"!!

Today I never had class, so i cleaned my room. In the afternoons watched Naruto boruto . At night studied and played some fifa 18. Afterwards I read a book. Going to bed now.
