hello, I am new to Nofap, but not new to porn addiction, have struggled with this my whole life, about 7 years ago I got serious about stopping, went to counseling, 12 step, group meetings, accountability partners, and have had some great progress, but still not completely free, and I continue to relapse from time to time, hopefully this will help me get free once for all, anyway I am ready to start this journey, so hello to all.
