I don't know what to do at this point

I'm 18 years old, a senior in high school, and have been trying to get rid of pmo since freshman year. I've had only a couple streaks over 15 days. I feel so determined when urges aren't present and then always collapse and relapse. I've been doing this for years. I just don't know what to do anymore. It's so hard for me to pick myself back up after a relapse and try to will myself to try again. Each time I feel determined to make this time count, and it never does. I always lose. It never works.

To anybody who's felt the same way, advice would be greatly appreciated.

As long as you don't want to quit you'll most likely beat your addiction at some point.

Looking back, have you not made significant progress?

For instance, I used to PMO every day, now it's only once a week and P has been kicked out of my system completely. Of course this is still frustrating not being able to reach long streaks but frustration is a sign that we know we're capable of overcoming something. Being frustrated means that deep down you know you can get rid of any issue you're facing and your brain wants to speed up the process.

I'm sure you know this too and even though you're asking for help you also know that if you try a little harder, make a few more changes, you'll be able to get longer streaks going, just don't give up and don't focus on the problem, relapsing is no big deal as long as we are making progress.
