Hey, you might want to read that number again, 152 days is one of my freaking unachieved goals. You made it that far, once, so why not again? You have done a great job, just one mistake. However, mistakes have a cost. You can always learn from that mistake and move on and go for 152 days again and more. You just have to learn from them. Don't give up and go for it again.

relapsing is scary and especailly after the 152 days ... i know bro but please hang on a second,
relapsin will never ever means that you have lost what was achieved so far ... the battle now is all about hope...we will only lose when we feel that we have lost..it is all about your thoughts so please be careful ..give yourself its time to feel sad because what happened but dont let it affect your determination to keep going.
trust me bro..it is not easy what we are doing, it is tough in every way ...dont make it even tougher on yourself by losing hope...

Something I learned from a minister friend of mine that really helps me is: Turn you stumbling blocks into stepping stones.
I relapsed recently after about 2 years PM free. I didn't know about this forum. It's very helpful.

 

Dont be to hard on your self it happens. The longest i had not had pmo was 6 months then I relapsed. Some people are much longer streaks.
Dont be mad start again believe again and dont leave dis site if you feel tempted by immoral thoughts or having bad flatline start going here in the forum at least for me that's i know what will work

 

We need to think that nofap no pmo is not just a matter of days we need to think that it is for life
