Hello guys,

What is the 7-CHALLENGE ?

The challenge is simple, easy and clear. I am just speaking about 7 days of no PMO. No less, no more.

Some of you are struggling (it happened to me also) to reach only 7 days. The 90 days challenge is a very good one, of course! But, when you're new, or when you're just stuck... It doesn't help. The idea of this topic is to reach 7 days.

The only rule is :

- You need to start at day 0 and you need to come back everyday on this thread until you reach 7 days.

When you complete this challenge, you will mention me (@2525) and I will add you on the hall of fames.

When you reach 1 week, you leave this thread for ever. That's it.

If 7 days is easy for you :
