Hello guys,

What is the 21-CHALLENGE ?

The challenge is simple, easy and clear. I am just speaking about 21 days of no PMO. No less, no more.

I know that some of you are struggling (it happened to me also) to reach only 21 days. If you're struggling to reach 21 days, you're on the perfect challenge!

The only rule is :

- You need to start at day 0 and you need to come back everyday on this thread until you reach 21 days.

When you complete this challenge, you will mention me (@2525) and I will add you on the hall of fames.

When you reach 3 weeks, you leave this thread for ever. That's it.

If 21 days is easy for you :

Many of you asked me to create another challenge but with 30 days this time, for those who completed this challenge or for those who can easily reach 21 days of no PMO. If you're interested, click here.
