    Hello there!
    23 days it's little count, but I was born at 23th and I decided to write this caption.
    I am thankful to this project and all community which at one day inspired me to change my life. So, I notice positive changes in communication, I freed a part of my life from porn addiction and spend this time for self improvement, such as reading, studying, working and gym.
    I feel myself more confident, think about more global things.
    Thanks all of you!

    Good going man !! Keep it up !! The initial 20-30 days are the hardest, but also define your whole journey ahead. Keep yourself motivated and keep doing the positive activities as you mentioned. Good luck :)
