3/30. Staying vigilant, as soon as you get excited and your guard goes down you relapse. Had some more small urges, had to do max pushups to get rid of one wave. All in all a good day. Here’s to day 4!

23 /30. It is difficult some times, but keep going.

 

Day 3 - loving this, feeling great. Have gone 7 days on multiple occasions previously but have found it difficult to abstain for longer, determined to experience what lies beyond that first week.
