Hey there!
I need to confess, I relapsed.

I was waking up and in this fugue state, I just thought about wanting to ejaculate and ignored all the other thoughts. I was not fully able to control myself. But I relapsed. To make sure, that this not happens again, I set myself up to do specific routines the next 14 Days in order to become mentally stronger, as learn full-punishment. It includes basics like standing up on time, meditating and limiting electronic devices.

Not put yourself down, but do whatever you can to learn from it and prevent it in the future.
Become stronger and not weaker from it!

This video really helped me get back on track. I do all his 6 Steps.
