    Hi guys. I'm new here. This is my first day of nofap. After almost 8 years of fapping I've come to realize that this is ruining my life, so I've decided to stop with porn and masturbation. I've read about the benefits of nofap and hopefully it helps me too.

    Its great that you've signed up here. Have a look around, familiarize yourself. You can open a journal and start journalling, putting your thoughts, opinions, anything in one place, or you can keep separate journals for separate things.
