Day 3: Came back to Dehradun after an eventful trip to Rishikesh. Discovered my love for nature and spiritual places. I will go full on now taking this as hobby. Plan to work on a UN assignment this week and go to Devprayag, hopefully on Friday!

I do not understand, I can stop porn, masturbation, but orgasm would be hard since I am married and wife would want sex.

Hey same with me, but my marriage sex life is suffering for years because of porn and masturbation. I am doing this challenge in hard mode as long until I am back in a normal sexual relationship with my wife and then switch to no PM. But right now it is good for me this way, as I have had many relapses in the last weeks.
