congrats man. once you hit a week you feel good after 2 weeks it’s great and a month you gotta watch yourself but it’s awesome

Day 20 out of 90 days. Yes, im still going strong. Only 70 more days left.

 

Day 0 here we go. 24 years old, have had this problem as long as I can remember, ready to change my life. Longest I've gone is 43. Ready to end this once and for all

Trust me I remember. I made 65 days and then relapsed. I was so pissed at myself, but this new streak - great things are happening!

sorry relapsed on Wednesday, starting over again 2/90 already checked to determine I will be on NoFap (no-pm) mid Summer, June 12th.
