[21-CHALLENGE] THE TWENTY ONE DAYS CHALLENGE !

Day 21. Now I felt quite the urge today. The thing is, I realized the benefits I got in 7 days are just the boost when you get into something new. This motivates you, makes you feel focused, more energized. But it does not last long, so 2nd and 3rd weeks were hard for me. I can't seem to experience any benefits, so this causes low motivation levels. For now I will move to 30 days challenge, without breaking my streak. I've never been a slave and I will not be a slave to my own mind. Stay strong.

I have to start over. I made it through the nights at the hotel and then surprisingly gave in when i got home. It's my fault for finding a way to dig up old contacts on a messaging app. I just need to delete the app and get back in control

Enjoying the day before moving on to the 30 day challenge. Today I can guarante that I will not relapse. Tomorrow I am breaking my record. If that is not motivation enough I don't know what is then.
