Porn Addict since Childhood

Hello guys, I've been a porn addict since I was 8 because of our high-speed internet and amazing gadgets that helped me access unrestricted websites. My first porn was hentai in my psp and I still remember how exciting it was the first time. Since then I've been a PMO addict and developed a serious mental issues anxiety,depression,uncontrollable sexual urges, obsession to porn OCD and feeling guilty all the time, porn ruined my life, people always telling me that I'm crying all the time because my heart is filled with sadness and burden. I know porn is immoral but I cannot stop it because of the great pleasure it gives. But now I'm 16 and planning to stop PMO once and for all. I started NoFap last 2 days but failed lasted only for 3 days, because since childhood I've been watching porn and masturbating everyday and it's hard to stop a behaviour that you have developed in a young age. I've been searching for several websites and videos that will help me to stop this ruthless behaviour because I don't wan't to live like this anymore and found [youtube.com/sacredsexualityproject] shoutout to him watch his video it's so cool and awesome his insight are so deep.
