i lost it. just two hour before I jerked off.
It was 32 days since last jerked off. Resetting my day counter for 30Days Challenge.

 

5/60 Good day yesterday, kept neutralising distractions by staying focused. Staying busy, being busy is good. So are early nights. At the moment every week a different challenge. But that just shows me how deep in the rabbit hole I was and that this is a process, there will be levels to solve to normalize brain chemicals and retraining the body.

 

Day 1 of the 60 day challenge. I just finished the 30 day today, looking forward to this

Day 8 is done. I didn't post the previous days and I'm not sure if it's been exactly 8 days or more or less but this should be about right. I've found a friend to live with in my next year of university and I'm really excited for that because we have a LOT in a common but haven't spent that much time together before.
