    Step 1:
Write down your triggers. Create a list of things that have triggered you to watch porn in the past in the descending order of difficulty.

I watched porn every time I felt bored, sad or depressed. Those are my chief triggers. While a person can't help feeling bored or sad, he can definitely channel his energies into something more productive and less harmful as compared to using porn. I binged on hours of porn and PMOed everyday cause I felt bored almost every day.I tried quitting porn use for a few and start reading books but books never felt interesting as compared to the dopamine rush that porn gave me.It was really difficult for me to quit porn.So removing my access to porn became my only solution.

    Step 2:
    Things you need:
1.Accountability partners like your partner or sponsor
    2.Windows laptop
    3.iPhone

I have chosen a Windows laptop here because I have one in hand and I am pretty familiar with it.I chose an iPhone here cause, its the only phone with proper parental controls. If you are an android user I am really sorry I don't have a foolproof way of blocking porn on Android. I used to have an android phone and struggled without a proper way to block porn in it.I was so frustrated with it that I went right on and bought an iPhone. The problem with Android is it's so flexible that the user has the maximum control which is a bad thing when it comes to us porn addicts. Now having an accountability partner is a must as he/she will hold all your passwords.

    Step 3:
    Setting up your iPhone
In your iPhone settings, you have something called Settings > General > Enable Restrictions. I suggest you disable Safari browser, installing apps and deleting apps. There are a few other settings like age-based ratings for iTunes which you can play around with.Once that is done ask your Accountability partner to set the password.
Stay away from apps like Twitter, Tumblr, Imgur and Reddit that are full of porn.Basically stay away from anything that can be a potential trigger. In my case, I have even removed youtube cause I used to fap to videos of bikini photoshoot.

    Step 4:
    Setting up your PC
Install a free web filter like K9.Since I am using K9 I will explain how I set up K9 to be foolproof.I basically wanted to block all porn, proxy sites, Twitter, Tumblr, Imgur, and Reddit.I used a Custom filter.Up and above the existing categories I added Social Networking, Blogging, Open Media/Image Search.Basically, you have the freedom to be self-moderating U can add and remove categories as and when you like.If you feel like just blocking one site you can just add it to 'Always Block' List.If you feel like a site is safe you can add it to 'Always Allow' list.If you wish to block youtube it doesn't work in K9 you have to block it in your hosts' file of your PC.Finally, ask your accountability partner set the password.

    Step 4:
    Setting up your PC
Now there are two ways to get around K9
1.You can click on Forgot Password and generate a temporary password. To prevent this, the recovery email should not be yours preferably your partner's.
2.Revo uninstaller can force uninstall K9 easily. To prevent this it's important that you don't have administrator access on your PC.If you have please create a secondary account in your that doesn't have admin access and use that one.Ask your accountability partner to change the admin password for your PC.This way when you use the secondary account you will not be allowed to install any programs without the admin password. This will also be helpful in preventing you from installing torrent and other VPN software as well.

I find it useful when I am away on business to take things that make my hotel room feel more civilised and homely: photos of my wife and kids, a gripping novel, some poetry books, and even my violin to keep up some daily practise.

    Step 4:
    Setting up your PC
    Prevent Tor Access
Tor is a huge pain in the ass. There are a lot of portable versions of Tor available that don't require an admin password to run and they can easily get past K9.The only way to prevent this is to add a path rule in your group policy.Open edit group policy application from windows button. It needs the admin password.Edit group policy > Computer Configuration > Windows Settings > Security Settings > Software restriction policies >Additional Rules.Right-click > New Path Rule.In Path, tab browse and choose C:/Users/<YourUsername> and change the security level to Disallowed. This means that any new software or file that you download from the internet can't run.Even if you successfully download Tor browser from somewhere you can't run it.

    Step 4:
    Setting up your PC
Prevent booting from an external disk
It's often simple to boot from an external USB stick and use it watch porn without a filter. To prevent you have to disable 'boot from USB' like so https://www.techwalla.com/articles/how-to-disable-boot-from-usb and ask your accountability partner to set up a supervisor BIOS password.
https://www.wikihow.com/Set-a-BIOS-Password-on-Your-Laptop may help. This makes sure you can't boot from USB and supervisor password ensures you can't change the setting.
Thats it! You are almost 100% pornfree.I say almost because there may be loopholes to this.If there exists one I haven't figured it out yet.If you do please do post it here!.
