I just got done relapsing

    yesterday i thought i will start my journey but today i went back and gave in....

    i am now thinking i will try a new method....one which i used to employ while working out....

    Today : 17 oct...2 PM Start

    First Target : 2 days i.e. 48 hours.....

    will post update as i go on....

    Plz dont post any encouragement....no offense but i already know i can do it....:)

    24 hours without doing it.. DAY 1 COMPLETE

    New modification: i deleted all my porn yesterday and also deleted my tumblr account :)

    Way to go, chuds...Deleting your porn and that tumblr account takes some self control...just don't create them again. Giving up PMO sure isn't for sissies, but you can do it!
