    Good afternoon. So I just joined teh site last night. Today is day two of no porn/masturbation. I woke up this morning super horny. With a raging hard on. I resisted the urge. My question is...what are peoples opinions on porn free masturbation? I really want to find a beautiful woman. I feel that my PMO has distracted me from that. I have heard that men who don't masturbate at all get more confidence and clearer mental acuity. So is porn free masturbation fine?

    It often leads back to porn. It's not useful. But after you go a long time without porn its not the worst thing you can do.

    If you're rebooting, I'd say it's best to try and abstain from masturbation as well. Particularly since people tend to fantasize about porn they've watched while they jerk off.
