Does orgasming and releasing a lot of semen after 30 days abstinence mean progress?

    Or not at all? If I wasn't looking at Porn? I masturbated to orgasm straight away practically and releasing semen right away almost within less than a minute. I still can't get aroused. Obviously not back to normal, but the semen volume wasn't small really.

    No, reaching a certain amount of time won't heal you, because when you M, you're right back to where you started. You have to leave it forever to be healed. If you say "I want to be a Christian!" and you believe in Jesus for a month, but then ignore him, is that becoming one? No.

    I thought that porn was bad and masturbation is fine for you (in moderation, of course)? A certain amount of time does heal PIED, wtf are you talking about?

    But then you need to ask what does "moderation" mean for you? Then you need to ask if that meaning will stay the same. For example:

    If moderation for you was masturbating once a week, how do you know it will remain at once a week and how do you know you won't ever be tempted to use porn again?

    No, to me, masturbation as a whole is a detrimental, pointless waste of time.

    Masturbation is normal and fine. Masturbation to porn and porn addiction is bad and a total different story. Similar though.

    If you need to swear off Masturbation then, go for it.

    If you have a period of sobriety, and after this are able to stop after a single drink, are you still an alcoholic?

    I see where you guys are coming from though. Masturbation has evolved into porn use.

    But my question now is - do people with porn-induced ed usually report low semen volume? I abstained for 30 days and released a lot. Isn't that progress in terms of semen retention (retaining semen)?
