Day 1/90 urges and tingling have seemed to have awaken considering i had virtually none day 0

Days 8-9/90. Ok, I think I'll have to drop hardmode.. I'll continue with the challenge as my concern was with P&M, but I don't want to lie to anyone or myself. I feel much more in control, and this journey has helped me greatly already. I hope this Is not a rule breaker, because I like it in here
