Write your withdrawals symptoms on a paper and when you wanna relapse just read it, trust me if you know how bad withdrawals is you would really not wanna feel it again, it SUCKS

Im afraid I don't understand the question, what are you asking?

  6. Don't think about the days and remove anything triggering in your environment. Also if you get any huge urges, distract yourself with something positive. eg going to the gym, some sort of outdoor activity

When I first started doing NoFap i could never make it past day 6, I attempted it like 3-4 times, until I figured out some tips that helped me. 1. If you "edge", don't do it, thats just asking for a relapse 2. Sexual thoughts- sexual thoughts happen and when they pop up in your mind, take a good moment to acknowledge it, maybe use it as motivational fuel, then totally drop the sexual thoughts, just forget about it and focus on either being productive or something fun and recreational. 3. Be as analytical and self-aware of yourself as possible, let's say you are in your room bored and alone, and that's fine, sometimes you gotta chill out, but could you be more productive? Is that "boredom" part of the brain taking over and suggesting some "quick fixes"? - Just be aware of how situations can end up happening.

But really, time and experience will be on your side as long as you get back on that horse after a relapse. You'll learn from failures, and go at it stronger the next time. Just always get back on that horse and you will learn and succeed as long as YOU WANT to
