55 Days... On a roll here...
I am finding that the impulses were higher last week as I processed separation and custody issues. Nothing is worked out, but I really didn't feel whole and I had some self-pity.
Well, New Year has rolled on. So I got back to my morning routine of working out, pushing myself and I can tell that my spirits are higher. This is going to be a great year. I claim it as mine. I will win the year. But first, I need to start by winning the day.

Day 31 - Sometimes I feel fatigue, but if I plow through it, it changes and I get more energy. #willpower
