was nofap EASY for anyone?

First a choice than a decision for me. It came out of the blue, really. First time on a reboot and no relapses yet, and thank god, not even near one.

 

I quit PM when I started NoFap. This is my first streak. I haven't relapsed. I have been struggling with fantasy but I'm going to try harder to stop that as well. It has been easy at times and challenging sometimes. What made it easier was knowing the pain that PM caused. P gave me low self esteem and M and edging caused premature ejaculation. When I realized that PM was the cause of my suffering I chose to give it up. I think my recent struggles are due to complacency since I've been healing. I think it's harder for people who haven't experienced as many negative consequences. Also not having a plan for challenging circumstances such as being alone. Although the chaser effect can be challenging, having regular sex with a partner may be easier than hard mode because it satisfies physical urges.
