Yeah there is some magic....cant say its placebo or what but I have noticed changes in just 6 days. I feel awesome.

Today I will not use porn because, even though it shouldn't, the shame of relapsing stays with me for weeks afterwards. I don't want to go back there again.

 

Today I will not PMO because I did last night and forfeited my sleep and peace of mind.

 

Today i will not use porn because i had i terrible day yesterday, but it did not make me use porn to escape. So now im proud and i want to hold on to that feeling for a while!

 

Today I will be abstaining from pmo because I want a clear mind and to feel like myself. The good days are all well and good, but the bad days can be real shit, so I will do everything I can to overcome them, and that means abstaining from pmo and practicing healthier habits.
