    My dumbass just took one of my spare prescribed adderall which i stopped taking due to it feeding my fap addiction, i have NOOOO control right now i dont know how i havent relapsed already what do i do!!!!!

    Resist and commit yourself to rebooting. Meditate, exercise, or go somewhere public and be with people. Put yourself in a place where it’s not possible to PMO.

    Resisted relapse, fell asleep, woke up later with absolutely no self control and I ended up relapsing 2 times last night. I did not watch porn, but did look up an old fetish literally just to get the dopamine rush. I will never take adderall again close to bedtime, I have little risk of relapse without it, thought it would be ok since I am 60+days clean but i guess not! Im not on a binge and am maling sure to get my diet and exercise in check again. Feel like crap for doing this. Any tips on how to recover?

    pick yourself up, dont reset your nofap time failing sometimes is part of this process. another thing do not beat urself up about it shit happens. i suggest you just keep doin what u did during the 60 days because it worked
