Just relapsed after a 30 day streak...feel like shit man. I'm in for the week!

Day 6

 

Day 3: had a lot of urges today but managed to resist. I had the option to work from home today and I foolishly took it. Since I was at home pretty much the entire day, I felt like mastrubating whenever I saw my bed. I guess getting out of the house helps.

 

Made it five days. I'm dreading the weekend- it's so hard not being around people. I guess I can't let myself rely on being distracted indefinitely, I need to face and address my problems eventually

Day 3.No relapse cause I figured out that you shouldn't count the days but rather you should count progress i.e. what have I done to improve myself/others now that I have quit P/M/O/PM/MO/PO/PMO.Good luck and continue with the journey
