I feel weak despite over 60days strong

    I am over 60 days free from PMO. I still masturbate and orgasm but no more than once a week. Porn is the real devil for me and today is hard. I can't stop thinking about it and i am so close. I even entered a pornsite just to switch it off a few seconds later.
    That being said most days are fine. And i feel like a new man today. But despite going so long and improving so much, this fucking day I can't get it out of my head.

    Felt like I should write something here just to do something. Share and maybe an helpful answer

    Stop masturbation. Semen is life force, wasting it makes you weak and dull, on this thread are enough topics about that, if you don't believe also tradictional chinese medicine descript in detail how loss of semen is bad for men men health.

    I would say stop the masturbation as well right now, chances are you're addicted to both P and M. By masturbating even once a week you're still reactivating old pathways and giving your brain dopamine, which in turn is making your recovery longer and making you more miserable. Stop M for now and later down the line, if you feel like going back to it as long as it's not being used as a crutch then that's fine.

    I also don't believe in any of the things like masturbation being morally wrong or stuff like that, I just think our bodies need time to heal from addiction. Some are able to MO while recovering and a lot can't, like even I have to abstain from PMO because I had the same problem.

    Agreed. Quit MO and you will see a difference. M is physically and spiritually harmful. God bless.
