How to stop getting colds and the flu?

  1. Firstly, reducing meat as much as possible in diet and eating more fruits and vegetables, caring about vitamin c,d, zinc ( theres much in oat flakes) and magnesium. Tea with ginger, turmeric, cinnamon honey and lemon, eating raw garlic or milk with garlic and honey. Also cold showers, sauna or swimming in cold water ( do it only if you are not ill !). Fasting is also helpful, it's cleansing you body. Bare foot walking as much as possible from spring to autumn. It's all about preapring you body to winter. Use your body to cold weather, try to wearing less clothes but do it carefully - to feel comfortable but also to feel a little bit cold. Consider running as a good way to improving health.

    I cut out eggs, milk, cheese, and dairy. I get way fewer sore throats and colds and flus

    Eat healthy, drink vitamins if you don't get enough from food, exercise, vaccinate.
