    I am 21 years old guy. Excessive porn and compulsive masturbation is something I want to stop doing because I believe it makes everything less rewarding. I have bad social life, bad grades, general depression. Its a constant desire for momentary pleasure leading to frustration. I am deciding right now to change this.
    Any tips and thoughts are hugely appreciated
