    Hello everyone!

    My name is Daniel, I'm 18 years old and I've been struggling with PMO addiction for about 4 years. I've been trying to quit for about 2 years now, with not much success. I've known about r/NoFap for a while now, but only today did I discover this website. I hope that by tracking my progress through this website, and engaging with the rest of this community, that I will be able to reach a 90-day streak.
