Why so urges in the morning to fap??

    Sine I started to quite fapping. Every day I have so urges to fapp just in early morning. .. why???

    I'm not sure of the physiological reasons, but it is quite common. My urges also tend to be worst shortly after awakening.

    I've found that the best solution is to have a well-planned out morning schedule you can adhere to.

    Example:

    5:00-Wake up
    5:05-5:30-Pray/Meditate
    5:30-6:00-Exercise
    6:00-6:30-Shower and get dressed
    6:30-7:00-Eat breakfast and read
    7:00-Leave for work or school

    The weekends can be a little trickier, but planning morning activities of some sort will be helpful.
     
  3. If you sleep late and wake up at 9-10 then you feel shit and also like relapsing. Whenever I sleep early and wake up by 6 or so then I feel like utilising those early morning hours to study. It's just too precious to not utilise and I'm pretty sure you'll agree with me whenever you try it too

    I used to get a lot of early morning urges as well. I turn on my phone, check nofap and find an inspirational story. Then I always feel a lot better!

  6. Testosterone is elevated in the morning, throughout the day it starts to go down. If you exercise and do compound moviments it peeks again and then starts to go down, if you see a hot girl/boy it goes up again. That is why you feel like fapping in the morning, after workingout and after seeing someone you like. Stay strong.

    Absolute best advice I can give you is as soon as you wake up, get up. Get up, exercise, eat breakfast, and get on with your day right away. Make your bed, keep your room tidy, and also make sure you're getting enough sleep! Get up early if possible and start your day instantly. You'll have no time to think about urges this way.

    When you just woke up, your decision making is worse, because you cannot really think things through and see things in a bigger context yet.
