Am I the only one that has difficulty maintaining the NoFap lifestyle during weekend breaks? During the work week, I find it easier to not PMO because I need my energies to focus and excel at work, or to stave off my competition who must be defeated. However, when the weekend comes, and I am resting or kicking back and relaxing, I have a VERY difficult time staying the course.

Does anyone else have this problem? If so, what did you do to fix it? I've heard others mention something about "re-channeling" or redirecting one's energies; frankly, I have no idea how to do this effectively. Maybe I should find some kind of hobby that can keep me occupied and interested long enough to supersede my porn addiction.

Yes, that's definitely a common problem. As you mentioned, the busier and more focused you are, the easier it is to abstain from PMO. When you have free time, it's much tougher. The solution is to stay as busy as possible even when there are no pressing matters to attend to.

So perhaps a new hobby is the answer. Maybe sign up for weekend martial arts classes, or take up rock climbing. Other outdoors activities such as camping, hiking and fishing might work well.

Taking part in charitable organizations might be the answer. They'd keep you busy, and you'd feel good about helping those in need.

DIY projects can be tough but rewarding. Perhaps build a deck, or a shed, or learn how to optimize your car's performance.

Whatever it is, finding things you're passionate about and finding people to do them with is a big part of living a PMO-free life, so I hope you'll find whatever is going to help you in that.
