180 Day Warrior Challenge (Updated)

Day 22
I have now made it to 22 days PMO free and I feel pretty good.
Today I had a few slight urges, but nothing too strong. I have been feeling a general overall increase in pleasure over the past few days, as well as an increased awareness of attraction from women. So I am happy to say that my progress is going well

 

On Day 7, haven't felt a single urge all day or yesterday. Liking it.

Checking in, day 32 I think.
I noticed that when I do brain related work, there is an urge to pmo. When I switch to brawn work, the urge goes away. The trick is to alternate between the two.

I battled insomnia this week a lot, I got insomnia periodically and that sucks, for me it leads to more urge but it was controllable! Have a great weekend guys! I relapsed this morning. I was really stressed out about a physics exam, and I felt really lonely and sleepy in general, so I just went for it while I was in bed. I didn't watch porn or have any crazy thoughts. It was nice to just feel my body, but it's over now, and I am committed again to this challenge. Let the development continue.

Well done on reaching 80 days for this challenege, but cmon. You can clearly see that this girl does not really want you to speak to her -and she was very nice about it, so if I were you I would just leave it. If its the fact that you finally got the courage to speak to her - then well done.

Last night I watched the movie Beauty and the Beast and for the first time ever I did not wanted to fap to a hot actress.

Usually when I watch movies and if the actress is hot I tended to try to find their nudes and jack off. But that 50days of NoFap had its affects on me! I did not had any urge to fap during and after the movie nor did I try to objectify the woman in that movie. Instead, I just admired her beauty and kindness toward the beast.
