Don't worry - on the scale of fetishes shared by various people on here those two would probably barely even register...!

Each time my wife was pregnant it was a very erotic time. While I don't have that particular fetish I suspect it is quite common.

He's really referring to the notion that most pre-porn fetishes are natural, unlike the conditioned fetishes that can develop with P abuse. From what I read, the natural ones will always be a part of you and a reliable turn on that you can finish with, whereas the conditioned ones gradually fade after abstaining from their use.

I, too, am sorting some of these out and trying to figure out what's natural and what's conditioned for me. A silver lining is that you can still develop other sexual interests with a partner and perform, but the natural fetishes will always be a reliable catalyst for you.

I think you're mistaken on what this is. There is nothing inherently wrong with this attraction/ desire. So the fact that you had it before P is not too surprising. What p has done is perverted a natural interest and made it hyper-interest or compulsive.
Walk away from the p and m and you'll likely find the interest diminishes back to a healthy level.
