  2. Dep,

Hey there. You are in the right place. Read the intro it's a .pdf file on the main page. Hope you find the peace you are looking for. It's all a bit confusing, but makes more sense to me every day.

Welcome to NoFap where you are amongst friends who are here to encourage you and sometimes challenge you but not judge you.

The enemy is here to steal, kill and destroy. What are your current strategies for combating the enemy called PMO?

I have been practicing mindfulness, seeing a therapist, learning about porn addiction, exercising. I have also opened up to close friends about it. I have also been keeping a journal, which has helped me understand my triggers and vulnerabilities. However, I have I still have been relapsing.

I have been struggling to find a more connected support network of people who have gone through similar struggles and are making a conscious effort to recover. A support group has been something missing from my strategy.

Know how you feel!! I used to relapse in the past but this is my first time in NoFap and it feels great, having a support group and knowing what's best for your future. Keep going!
