Avoid Facebook and Instangram during a PMO reboot

    They are sneaky tempting, not as a porn site obviously but there are too many girls undressed or with boobs visible in photos so I think that is a good thing to avoid this site during the most difficult time in a reboot, Instangram is worse than Facebook and I consider it nearly a porn site.

    True, I still use fb and ig but i dont like pages of explicit material and if a friend posts something innapropiate i unfollow or hide the content

    I don't know in the rest of the world but here in Italy in the summer Facebook become nearly an erotic site, luckily fall is coming in this part of the world.

    You should report them. In the past I've reported photos of nudity to Facebook and they deal with it very quickly.

    It's not nudity but in swimwear but are still dangerous to nofap.

    Pay attention even with Youtube, our society is sexualized to the extreme nowadays.

    Avoiding FB and IG is good advice. FB is not that big of a deal for me, and I have severely restricted my use not so much to avoid sexually stimulating images, but because I think FB is a waste of time anyway.

    But IG is filled with PSUB content. Early in my struggle to overcome my porn addiction I would try to moderate or control my IG use -- that is, not allowing myself to go looking at porn stars' IG accounts. But at least in this stage of my reboot (very early) I can't handle it. So I just deactivated it. It's not worth the risk of losing control or being so tempted that it causes me mental and physical discomfort.

    PSUB stands for?

    This evening I exposed myself to stimulating images but don't felt the urge, very satisfying, but for a beginner I don't suggest to expose to such images.
