        @TakingTheSteps if you relapse on day 15. Then youd have two streaks where all progress in brain rewiring has been lost in one day.

        It's a matter of having different views on the purpose of NoFap. I, personally, don't care how long my "streak" is. I just want to make progress and eventually get to a point in which PMO isn't in my life. People have different ways of approaching this.

        I also completely disagree that all progress is lost when you relapse. It's a setback, for sure, but it doesn't set you back to square one.

    21 year old guy here trying to break a habit of 8 or 9 years. My goal for this year is to go at least 90 days without PMO.. in my first week i only managed 3 days so I have a long way to go but I am determined.
