    Hi. I'm a thirty-six-year-old male who has been trying for years and years to curtail and eliminate P/PM/PMO. I am better off now than I once was, in terms of extent of porn use, but I am still behaving like an addict and need the help of a conscientious sponsor, ideally one who is going through the nofap process to any degree. I have a girlfriend, and I feel that our love/sex life is in jeopardy as long as I keep this habit up. I look at different porn now than what I used to, having escalated from 'standard' to 'nonstandard' porn over the years. I'm using about once per week. Thanks.
