        we are all in the same boat man. Its like any other addiction, smoking addiction for example (you get sad about smthing or stressed out: you go smoke). you get sad or stressed out you go watch porn and clear your mind. This forum and the internet also has tons of articles to help you out. You just cant cut porn cold.. you need strategy. You need to strengthen your mind, coz your problem lies there. Good Luck
