        Don't give up man. I've been failing for a long, long time. And I even gave up for 4 years. It's the worst feeling, failing. But when, *when* you do succeed, it'll be even better because of all of your failures. I've no reason to hope that I'll ever be free of this disease but giving in to the despair and the addiction is not the answer, I promise. Whatever you feel, whenever you're feeling it, I feel it too

        May I recommend you not get on Facebook for at least the next few days/weeks? It's a trigger to you, and a rather unnecessary one at that. Plus, a break from social media encourages more face-to-face talk or anything else productive.
