Yes. I added that as a safe clause. Even meditating sometimes can be a loaded word. I feel like I need to exert willpower to set up some music, my yoga mat, light a candle, drop everything else, etc. I am lazy by nature. I found it extremely easy to do absolutely nothing. It's very calming. After that, I usually get bored enough to pick off something off the list. Meditation is usually my first pick!

Interesting! I know what you mean, like it's their religion, those weirdo meditators. Haha. I like "mindfulness" but it's my own prescription. This was already mentioned recently, but, usually, I'm actually not comfortable, and I try to bathe in the world that's there: maybe notice ants or the wind or something. Still, I dig it. Calm is GREAT. Rock it.

Everyone has their own take on it, but I think that's where the beauty lies. I mean we have people from all over the world, from all walks of life, from all different faiths coming together, all for the purpose of overcoming porn addiction.
