  Just know that there are triggers. So that you are prepared when you see them. And you are right. Abstaining youtube is a good idea. Man 99 % distraction

  Lots of us have problems with psub trashy stuff getting the wrong ball rolling. Just do a fast to clear your head and then tread lightly. It helps.
