Doing good staying away from porn. Haven’t m’d in nearly two years. Now working on getting and staying fit.

Had a sexual dream but not a wet dream. Now I’m having a hard time not being fixated on sex today.

I have the ability to say no and stick to it. I can have self-control. My body and my urges do not control me.

Beginning to feel like I really can do this.

Feeling pretty fixated on sex today. Trying to meditate on scripture to get out of this mindset.

Going to the gym to work off some of these urges. Hopefully it doesn't do the opposite.

Learning to acknowledge and refute the lies that I believe that lead me to porn.
