Over a year woot! Stay strong everybody you can do it!

Haven't pm'ed since about the last time I posted when I had that relapse though it was a bad one.

Well relapsed today but I searched up some stuff to help next time I get a craving so not a complete loss.

Ughh 60 days I'm so stressed and sick and frustrated and I just want relief!!! Some how!!

54 days no pm, been having dreams where I would look up bad stuff and try to O but it won't work and I just get really frustrated.

25 days no pm, porn thoughts keep popping in to my head and I'm doing my best not to entertain them.

Having a hard time today, hormones are raging, hubby is at work, and I had "bad" dreams. :<

So far so good, the 3 second rule is helping a lot.

Relapsed time to start over

I'm not exactly sure how long it has been but at least a couple of months ^_^
