Im 22, and have been pmoing since i was 15 (so 7+ years now). My addiction was like most on here, it started out with soft core imagines etc that slowly over time got more and more extreme going from lesbians and bikinis to hardcore porn. Finally coming to a stop at chat rooms before i go a step further and act out. I really want to get my life back i dont feel like im part of the world at the moment, i feel seperated from it. I suffer from ocd and anxiety which are making quitting 10x worse than it needs to be as well. Im desperate to break the cycle and get away from sex chats and porn all together..
