Determined to do this thing. Convinced that PMO has disturbed my life since puberty. Has made me restless and unreliable for many years and resulted in unhealthy thoughts towards coworkers, friends and others when I should not be distracted, especially when working with young ladies, students. Fortunately nothing has ever happened that caused an issue with employer or spouse. In a sense living a lie. It was always important to be satisfactorily educated to my family. Pretty sure P has stopped me succeeding with revision, time management, sleeping, exams and relationships. I now sometimes wonder if my colleagues of a similar age are doing the same as me. I mostly hope not, but they probably do.
