    I have really been struggling with pornography for about 10 years (especially in the last 2.5 years), and it makes me sick to see what I'm doing to my mind. I just hope that there is enough plasticity left to get back to what my baseline was and to help lessen anxiety and mental health problems that I didn't used to have until my porn intake was out of control.
