  This is an important realization you are having. You see how the dopamine addiction extends into the social media as well. "Likes" can give some people a dopamine fix. It's why some check their social media nearly 24/7. You are so right to avoid it. Good job.

  Avoided totally during these past (almost) 2 months but used it very lightly those past 2 or 3 days out of curiosity, I found it helpful really to see things I couldn't see before and I think I made some kind of realization about social media. Going to think what to do next with my accounts but I'm sure I'm not going to use it like I was using it before, not thinking in coming back to that lifestyle.
