Relapsed today but I never panic. I finally beat my first week which overall a huge improvement compare to relapsing at Day 4 or 5. :)

Going to abandon my phone for a week to test my courage and willpower.

I recommend the book "How To Break Up With Your Phone" by Catherine Price if your phone was your triggers to PMO.

Today I spent most of the day outside the library learning programming without bringing my phone. I have little to no urges. :)

This will be my last time using my browser app cuz I'm deleting it afterwards. From now on, I will use the internet on my computer.

I just relapsed! :( To look at the bright side, I hold for 4 Days unlike last week where I hold for 2 to 3 Days. Its still an improvement.

Its morning on Day 5 and I've just resisted probably my biggest urge while on the way to college by reading a book.

Day 4 today! My urge is strong so I will suppressed it with learning C# Programming at the Library.

Just beaten an urge by cold shower and meditation. :)

Day 3 now! Going to reward myself with a Bubble Tea.

Day 1 completed. I seriously love using the Bullet Journal because it helps me keep track and reflect on my habits.
