I have looked at porn all my life, but until the advent of the internet it was not an issue for me because it was not easily available in graphic and explicit forms unless you were prepared to buy video or DVD etc and I did not do this nor would I have had the time or privacy to view video or DVD porn. However with the coming of the internet huge quantities of explicit porn was available and could be more easily viewed in privacy so this is when my porn habit started. That was about 15 -20 years ago. I have been married for 30 years but have never really had a very satisfactory sex life and have always masturbated in private and without my wife knowing. With the availability of internet porn my masturbation and porn viewing increased in regularity. I have always felt really guilty after masturbating and my mood is severely affected for several days after PMO. So much so that I become aggressive, surly, withdrawn and very unsociable. I feel extremely tired and get headaches. It's like someone had injected me with some vile toxic substance. As a consequence of this masturbation is not a pleasant release for me but the kiss of death, and yet I crave sex. The situation is helped by the fact that my wife and I do not have sex and have not had sex for years. She has health issues currently which she says put her off having sex.
